Common questions about order tracking and shipping.

You'll receive an email with your tracking information as soon as your order ships. This typically happens within 1-2 business days after your order is placed, though processing may take longer during peak sales periods. If you have an account with us, you can also find tracking information in your order history. Please note that tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update after your shipping confirmation is sent.

Here's what common tracking statuses mean:

  • Order Placed: We've received your order and are preparing to process it.
  • Processing: Your order is being prepared for shipment in our warehouse.
  • Label Created: A shipping label has been created, but the package hasn't been picked up by the carrier yet.
  • In Transit: Your package is on its way to you.
  • Out for Delivery: Your package is on a delivery vehicle and will be delivered today.
  • Delivered: Your package has been delivered.
  • Exception: There's been a delay or issue with delivery. Check the detailed tracking for more information.

Occasional gaps in tracking updates are normal, especially during busy shipping periods or when packages transfer between facilities. If your tracking hasn't updated for 3 or more business days, we recommend:
  1. Check the carrier's website directly with your tracking number
  2. Contact the carrier's customer service for more information
  3. If the carrier can't provide adequate information, contact our customer service team with your order number and tracking details
For international orders, tracking updates may be less frequent when packages are in customs or transferring between carriers.

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, please take these steps:
  1. Check around your delivery location (porch, side door, garage, with neighbors)
  2. Check if someone else at your address received the package
  3. Wait 24 hours, as sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered shortly before actual delivery
  4. Contact the carrier with your tracking number to confirm the delivery location
  5. If you still can't locate your package after these steps, contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation

International orders can be tracked using the same tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. In many cases, your package may be handled by multiple carriers during its journey. Your initial tracking number will work throughout the shipping process, though you may need to use it on different carrier websites depending on where your package is in transit.

For most international orders, you can track your package on the following websites:

  • Initial shipping: USPS or DHL (depending on shipping method selected)
  • Final delivery: Your local postal service or courier in your country

International shipping times vary by destination, and customs clearance can sometimes cause delays that aren't reflected in tracking updates.
