At Apex Gym Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We understand that sometimes items need to be returned, and we've made our returns process as simple as possible.

Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it with all tags and labels attached.
Return Process
- Initiate your return - Log into your account and select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return, or use our online returns portal.
- Package your return - Place the unworn item(s) with all original tags and packaging in a secure package. Include your order number or the returns form that was included with your order.
- Ship your return - You can either:
- Use our prepaid return label (available in your account or through the returns portal)
- Return in-store at any Apex Gym Clothing location
- Arrange your own return shipping to the address below

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Refund Options
- Original Payment Method - Refund to the card or payment method used for purchase
- Store Credit - Receive a 10% bonus when opting for store credit instead of a refund
- Gift Card Purchase - Purchases made using a gift card will be refunded as store credit
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or colour, please follow the same process as returns. For faster service, we recommend placing a new order for the desired item and returning the original purchase for a refund.
Return Shipping Costs
For standard returns within the UK:
- Free returns using our prepaid return label for orders over £50
- £2.95 return fee for orders under £50 (deducted from refund amount)
- Free returns on all orders for Apex VIP members
- Returns due to faulty items or our error are always free
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable"
- Underwear, face masks, and personal hygiene products (for hygiene reasons)
- Items without original tags and packaging
- Gift cards
- Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alterations
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] or call +44 1473 209 063 within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a free return and replacement or refund.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to reject goods that are of unsatisfactory quality, unfit for purpose, or not as described, and get a full refund if you do this within 30 days of receiving the items. After 30 days, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the timeframe specified above, please check your bank account again first. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be refunded. Items purchased during promotional events but not marked as "Final Sale" can be returned under our standard policy.
International Returns
For international returns, the same 30-day policy applies, but customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any customs fees associated with returning items. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
